Welcome to BrandExcite (Pty) Ltd (“BrandExcite”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing our website, engaging with our services, or entering into any quotation or agreement with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

These terms apply to all services we provide, including but not limited to:

• Brand strategy and consulting
• Digital marketing & social media management
• Graphic design
• Website design & SEO
• Events & conferences
• Promotional items, gifting & branded clothing
• Printing services
• Videography & photography
• Keynote speaking engagements
   

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please do not use our website or services.

• Client: The individual or business purchasing services from BrandExcite.
• Services: All work provided by BrandExcite, paid or unpaid.
• Agreement: Any signed quote, proposal, invoice, email confirmation, or written acceptance of services.
   

By accepting a quotation, paying an invoice, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

All quotations are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

• A retainer fee is required before any work begins (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
• Additional cost occured is due upon completion of the project.
• For monthly retainers, invoices are due upon receipt or by the date stated.
• No work will be released until full payment has been received.
   

Late payments may result in delays, suspension of services, or withholding of deliverables.

Deposits secure time, resources, and planning and are therefore non-refundable.

Timelines will be discussed and agreed upon per project.
Delays caused by the client (late approvals, missing content, unclear instructions) will extend delivery times.

Urgent requests or after-hours work may incur additional fees.

Any revision, additional task, or major change outside the original quotation will be billed separately.

The client agrees to provide:

• Clear and accurate instructions
• Required logos, content, images, brand guidelines
• Timely feedback and approvals
• Access to platforms where needed (Meta, website, analytics, etc.)
   

BrandExcite is not responsible for delays or errors caused by missing or incomplete client inputs.

• All design work remains the property of BrandExcite until full payment is received.
• Once paid in full, the Client receives rights to use the final approved designs.
   

BrandExcite retains the right to showcase work in portfolios, websites, and marketing materials unless confidentiality is requested in writing.

Licensing for fonts, images, stock footage, or plugins may require additional fees.

BrandExcite will schedule content based on the approved strategy and content plan.

We are not liable for:

• Changes in social media algorithms
• Loss of engagement or reach
• Platform outages
   

Customer queries will be attended to based on your service agreement.

Unless explicitly included in the quote, hosting and domains are managed and paid for by the client.

BrandExcite employs best practices but cannot guarantee:

• Number 1 ranking on Google
• Specific SEO results within a set timeframe
   

SEO depends on market competition, client updates, platform changes, and consistency.

Once the website is approved and paid for, the client receives access credentials.

Production time is 7–14 working days unless otherwise stated.

Slight colour variations on printed materials are normal and not considered defects.

Custom/branded items are non-returnable unless defective.

BrandExcite manages events with care and professionalism.
However, we are not liable for:

• Venue availability
• Supplier delays
• Weather disruptions
• Third-party vendor issues
   

Event deposits are non-refundable due to upfront supplier bookings.

If the Client cancels a project:

• Deposits are non-refundable
• Work completed will be billed accordingly
• Retainer clients must provide 30 days written notice
   

BrandExcite reserves the right to cancel projects in cases of non-payment or abusive behaviour.

BrandExcite will not be liable for:

• Loss of revenue
• Loss of data
• Platform outages
• System changes by service providers
• Business interruption or reputational damage
   

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

Both parties agree to protect sensitive business information and not disclose it unless legally required.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
